Nebula AeAH AI ("Service") is operated by Consult Sciences Ltd ("we", "us"). These Terms apply to your use of Nebula AeAH AI, whether on a free Beta plan or a paid Pro or Enterprise plan.
Nebula AeAH AI renders curated publication evidence maps from literature metadata obtained server-side from the OpenAlex index. Plans differ in daily build allowances (Beta 10 · Pro 200 · Enterprise 2,000), papers per build (150), export availability, and the number of scheduled paper-alert digests (Beta 0 · Pro 5 · Enterprise 25). We may adjust plan features with notice per §13; price changes apply only from your next renewal.
You sign in with a one-time magic link sent to your email address; you are responsible for the mailbox you use. You agree not to: share accounts or circumvent plan limits, scrape or resell the Service, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or use the Service where prohibited by law. We may suspend accounts for abuse. On paid plans, an alert digest is an email listing papers matching your saved query — delivered to your own inbox, for your own use.
Beta is a free tier with exports disabled and no alert digests. Beta access may be invite-gated, modified or withdrawn at any time, and Beta features may graduate into paid features.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions processed by Stripe. When you upgrade, a Stripe-hosted checkout page collects your payment details; we never see your card data. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We may offer Enterprise terms (pricing, invoicing, custom limits) outside these Terms via separate agreement.
Any payment can be refunded in full, no questions asked, if you request it within 14 days of that payment — first payments and renewals alike. Use our contact form (or reply to any service email) and we will refund via the original payment method. After 14 days you can still cancel at any time in the app; cancellation stops future charges and your paid features run to the end of the period already paid for. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. See the Refund Policy for the step-by-step process.
Cancel anytime via the billing panel in the app (or by email). Cancellation stops all future charges. Because of the 14-day money-back guarantee in §6, you do not need to time cancellations to renewal dates to avoid unwanted charges.
Evidence maps, summaries and alert digests are compiled programmatically from third-party literature metadata and may be AI-assisted. They are provided as a research aid: they may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and are not investment, medical, legal, or scientific advice. Always verify against the source publications via the provided DOI links.
The Service's code, design and branding are owned by Consult Sciences Ltd. Literature metadata comes from the OpenAlex index (CC0) and remains subject to publishers' terms; you receive papers' DOI links for source verification. You may export your own results ("Download Corpus ZIP", CSV export) and use them in your own research and internal workflows.
We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is". We may modify, suspend or discontinue features; material adverse changes to paid plans come with reasonable advance notice and, if you disagree, an end-of-period refund of amounts prepaid for periods during which the adverse change applies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (and for free-plan users, €50). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. If you are a consumer in an EU member state, you keep whatever mandatory protections your home country's law grants you.
We may update these Terms; the version date above changes when we do. For paid users, material changes take effect at your next renewal, with notice by email; continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance. Free/Beta users: continued use constitutes acceptance.
