14-day money-back guarantee

Every payment made for a Nebula AeAH AI subscription can be refunded in full, no questions asked, if you request the refund within 14 days of that payment. This applies to first payments and to renewals alike. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not lose access retroactively in the meantime.

How to request a refund

Use our contact form (or reply to any email we've sent you) from the address on your account.
Say "refund" — a reason is welcome but never required.
We process refunds via Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days of your request; your bank may take a few more days to post it.

After 14 days — cancel anytime

Outside the 14-day window you can still cancel at any time in the billing panel in the app (or by email). Cancellation stops all future charges immediately, and your paid features keep working until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time after day 14, but there is also no lock-in: you are never more than one month committed, and the 14-day guarantee covers every renewal too.

What is not refundable

Refund requests made more than 14 days after the payment being requested (statutory rights aside).
Payments already refunded once for the same billing period.
Free Beta usage — nothing was charged, so nothing can be refunded.

Refunds of a live subscription also cancel that subscription from the end of the current period, so a refunded renewal does not bill again.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a card chargeback — we resolve refund requests directly and quickly, and chargebacks slow things down for everyone. Accounts under unresolved payment disputes may be suspended until the dispute is settled.

Statutory rights

For consumers in the EU, this policy supplements — and never limits — your mandatory statutory rights, including rights of withdrawal for distance contracts under the Consumer Rights Directive. Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under Irish or your home country's law.

Enterprise plans

Enterprise agreements may carry their own invoicing and refund terms; where a signed agreement exists, it prevails over this page for that account.
